Finitera is an international fin-tech company offering various financial services including payday and instalment loans. The group successfully operates in emerging markets across Europe and covers all important business development areas: operations, IT, legal, marketing, finance, client relations, business intelligence, risk and credit scoring.

Currently, we are looking for a highly analytical professional to join our team as group level Head of Debt Collection. Your mission at Finitera will be to develop and implement debt collection strategy on Group level. You will focus on developing and implementing debt collection processes and supporting policies, proposing changes for improvement, monitoring debt portfolio and maintaining results at a desirable level simultaneously across multiple markets. Outcomes of your work to succeed:

  • Analyzed existing debt collection processes and proposed improvements by the end of Quarter 3, 2019;

  • Developed new improved debt collection strategy till the end of 2019;

  • Full implementation of debt collection processes across multiple markets by the end of 2019;

  • Maintained proper documentation of debt collection work;

  • Implementation of improved sales process of debt portfolios till the end of 2019;

  • Manage the monitor of results versus plan and effectively communicate any issues or findings with involved functional teams;

  • Use newest technological innovations to test different online and offline debt collection solutions.

Main requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field;

  • At least 3 years of successful professional experience in debt collection or business analysis;

  • Fluency in English.
