We are looking for a well-rounded professional to join our team as an HR Assistant. In this position your key mission will be to provide administrative and practical support in day-to-day HR operations ensuring that delegated HR initiatives and processes are executed by the best practice. 

Outcomes to succeed:

  • Ensure that all HR records are up to date and relevant changes in employment agreements are done prior effective date;

  • Take part in management meetings, prepare to-do list and follow up the execution of it;

  • Effectively organize calendars and meetings, as well as prepare protocols; 

  • Support recruitment and selection process by administrating candidate list and scheduling interviews, as well as conduct phone and on site interviews for junior level positions;

  • Be effectively involved in implementing new hiring methodology on Group level;

  • Maintain Talent Pool;

  • Participate in implementing and executing office efficiency initiatives till the deadlines;

  • Maintain and update information and processes in HRIS system on timely basis;

  • Help with communication of HR initiatives & OKR goals across Group companies;

  • Partner with HR Lead for challenging and interesting HR projects on Group level to execute them in proper and timely manner.

  • Good administrative skills;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Fluency in Latvian and English.


  • Ability to work full time;

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or in social sciences;

  • At least 1 year of successful experience in directly related area (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, Recruiter);

  • Ability to work independently and plan your own time to reach maximum efficiency.
