QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL SPECIALIST

Finitera is an international fin-tech company offering various financial services including payday and instalment loans. The group successfully operates in emerging markets across Europe and covers all important business development areas: operations, IT, legal, marketing, finance, client relations, business intelligence, risk and credit scoring.

We are looking for a detail oriented professional with a "hands on" approach to join our team as a Quality Assurance & Control Specialist. Your mission will be to help customer service do their work to the best of their ability without fear of failure. Improve the speed and quality of the customer service offered to our clients by constantly reviewing the service and communication given in person and over calls as well as measuring and improving the knowledge and competencies of the team trough tests and assignments. You will be one of our key employees who occupies an important role in taking our client service quality on a next level during 2019 so that customer service becomes our marketing.

 

Outcomes to succeed in this role:

  • 95% correct script usage, test results and mystery shopper review result;

  • 15min service speed for any client;

  • 95% of all communication’s answered;

  • 85% client satisfaction in all communication’s.

Main requirements and competencies:

  • Ability to work full time and go on business trips up to 2 weeks at least once a year;

  • Ability to work with multicultural teams and communicate mainly through email and chat;

  • Fluency in English for reading and writing as well as communication in person;

  • 1-2 years long professional experience in Customer Service as a specialist or supervisor in a Call Center or Branch;

  • Attention to the smallest details as often they have a huge impact;

  • Ability to do repetitive work for extensive periods of time;

  • Interest in investigating self-identified issues or discrepancies;

  • Hardworking and self-organizing person;

  • Taking initiative and executing it;

  • “Manage By Outcomes” type of person;

  • Excellent communication skills.
